6-8 chicken breasts
3 packages broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
½ teasp. Curry powder (or to taste)
Grated sharp cheddar cheese (about 1 cup)
½ cup sherry
Worcester sauce
Boil chicken for ½ an hour with celery, salt and pepper, cool skin
and
bone.
Cook packages of frozen broccoli for a few seconds, drain and cool.
(I do
not use frozen broccoli, I use fresh broccoli and do not pre-cook it at
all as we do not like the broccoli to be overcooked).
Mix mayonnaise, chicken soup, sherry, curry powder and Worcester
sauce.
Arrange broccoli and chicken in dish, pour sauce over and sprinkle with
grated cheese.
Cook 350 deg. For ½ an hour, or if refrigerated, 1 hour.
